Sales, FX to Institutions, Hong Kong, $Highly Competitive.
My client, a top tier global investment bank has decided to add a face to their FX desk within Hong Kong.
The addition comes due to the company's extensive growth within the Asian Market and desire to be one of the biggest FX players within the industry.
The role they are offering encompasses the sales of many different FX products (spot, forward, options and exotics), although the client will look at candidates coming from a Fixed Income background.
The clients will vary across the Asian region primarily being Banks, Asset Managers, Private Banks, Insurance Companies and Pension Funds.
This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to specialize within the area of FX sales and gain a great exposure to a variety of clients within the market place.
Key Responsibilities:
-Working front office on the sales of FX products to Institutional clients.
-Working with the companies existing client base, working to maximize their business and meet their needs.
-Create new relationships and identify new clients within the market place, recognize and meet their needs.
-Report to the Head of Institutional FX Sales for the region.
Key Skills: The correct client will have:
-Excellent communication skills to build a rapport with a broad variety of clients across many different regions.
-A deep drive to succeed within the industry.
-Self motivation to make their name within the Asian Market
-A creative mind to meet the requests of demanding clients and ensure they return their business.
